Nicely packaged. Includes the shampoo, a shampoo brush and eyelash wand. Nice and refreshing smell and feel after cleaning. Foamy wash. 1 pump is all you need. I allow it to sit on the eyelash line and then gently massage using the brush my lid and lash line. I shampoo underneath the lashes too. Then gently wipe off with a wet rag. I haven't noticed any eye irritation or burning. And my eyelashes look so good afterwards. Hopefully this won't break the bond of my eyelash glue.
