Probably the worse mascara I have ever used regarding clumping. Don't buy it.This is the second time I purchased this mascara from Amazon. The first time I loved it and had no problems, it was a nice full tube of shiny black mascara that pulled from the tube smoothly and well distributed on the brush. The application was easy and didn’t clump; made my lashes look fuller. This time I am disappointed and disgusted with the product. When I opened the tube it was all flat and matted to the brush and I thought maybe it was a fluke, just the shipping, etc. that affected the product but not so....it was dry and clumpy and the tube was practically empty! Every time I pushed the brush applicator in the tube and back out it came out all flat and matted to one side and the mascara was minimal and a dull black color-like old and dried up. I tried to use it but ended up throwing it out after the second time of frustratingly trying to fluff the brush and making a mess all over! What a waste of money for a supposedly high end mascara!Lid on tube came off.Mascara is great, as it does seem to lengthen lasts..a little hard to take off before bedI have bought this before and loved it. That is why I purchased it again. When I opened it, the bristles at the end of the wand were smooshed and therefore it made it difficult to apply easily. It also seemed to run out of product as I seem to need another rather quickly.Very disappointed in this item. I have used Bobbi brown for years including this eye opening mascara. When I opened the tube it was totally dry. It was like ‘old mascara that you’ve used for months and now time to throw away.’ Very unhappy with this purchase. BTW I have ordered Bobbi Brown mascara from Amazon in the past and did not have bad productsI was really disappointed with this product -- it came shipped in bubble warp with no box, I thought it may have even been a used tester. It seems like it's missing the filter that removes the mascara from the wand as you pull the wand up from the container -- it is all clumped up and doesn't apply well ---- a lot of money for a poor product --LoveThis is my all-time favorite mascara. Makes lashes full and long, love it!
