The colors were as vibrant as I expected and I received my order quickly. I've tried every color and wasn't impressed. The mascara seemed to have a clump-like feel to it, even after inserting the lash brush multiple times in an effort to smooth it out but it was still clumpy when applied, making my lashes stick together. The tiny comb (not exactly sure of the name of it and don't feel like looking it up as I'm writing this) didn't really help. Not sure if I didn't wait long enough for it to dry but I had to use a Q-tip to remove excess mascara that ended up on my skin each time.Also, I'm not sure if it was this product (exactly) but I began noticing my eyes would burn after wearing it for several hours. (I work 12 hour shifts.) This has never happened to me with other eye makeup.This is my first negative review of a product but after having a bad experience, I find myself reading all the reviews from verified purchasers, especially if it's something I'm applying to my face.This mascara was amazing, but very hard to get off.
