This mascara set is ok. If I had more time to set my mascara, then I reach for this. Otherwise I reach for my regular mascaras. This takes a lot of effort but doesn’t look glamorous. I do like the collagen as an added ingredient. Overall it’s ok but could be better. *Thanks for reading my review & hope it helps make your decision easier*The order of the Hairatin 3D Fiber Eyelash Extension comes in a box with two (2) tubes of the mascara kit products. The mascara color is black. It's a three (3) step application. One of the tube has the mascara with the brush. This in itself applies really nicely. I did not even need to use a eyelash curler to get the length and thickness I wanted. This mascara is to be applied for Step 1 and 3 of the kit.The second tube has the lash extending fiber which kind of looks like a clump of lint. At first it looked like someone had used the product but it appears that's how it comes. You apply this in Step 2 after applying the initial mascara application to add in the 3D effect and extra layer. To finish it up, you use the other tube for the last Step 3 of the kit.The price of the product is pretty high but it gives really great results. My eyelash is beautifully lengthened and full but it just takes three (3) full steps to apply. The Step 1 works just well enough that sometimes I don't need to go through all three steps. The Hairatin 3D Fiber Eyelash Extension Kit has two parts. One is collagen gel and one is extending fibers. Apply the collagen gel as instructed by the instruction sheet, before it dries, apply the fiber. Repeat this process as necessary to get the desired thickness in the lashes. In my opinion it worked wonderfully, because whenever I tried applying the false eyelashes it was a disaster. The only downside is that collagen gel tends to dry out, so apply the fibers before it dries. Another note: I noticed it would last for a month if you applied it every other day.I really wanted this fiber lash kit to work for me. I don't wear makeup everyday, but I have naturally light colored lashes and when I don't wear mascara, they seem to disappear.I like to look like I have some lashes, so I was hoping this would be a solution to wearing mascara. The 3 step process is easy enough. You apply the collagen to clean lashes. Then you apply the fibers. After that, you reapply the collagen to seal it.So, here is my experience.I applied the collagen to one eye ( It is recommended to do one eye at a time and I can see why, because it dries quickly and if you don't apply everything fast enough, you will end up with clumps).Next I applied a coat of fibers. These come in a tube that looks just like mascara and are applied the same. After that, I applied another coat of the collagen .Next I repeated each step. They say you can do that as many times as you like, for fuller lashes. I repeated approximately 3 times. After that, I felt like they were getting too thick.Next I decided to test them out. So far, this was no more difficult than applying a thickening and lengthening mascara, but more time consuming.I wiped my eyes a few times with a dry tissue, and then my fingers, just to see what would happen. The lashes flaked a little, but not too much. I rubbed my eyes a little and the lashes smudged slightly. Then I waited for the ultimate test. Water resistance.I wet my face with splashes of water and my eyes ran. The 'collagen' (which personally seems like it's just mascara) isn't waterproof.I decided to try washing my face with cleanser. I used makeup remover wipes, first and then cleanser. I had no problem getting this off my lashes. It cane right off.I was hoping this kit was going to be long lasting and something that would stay on. I did submit a question before ordering asking if this washed off or stayed on.I was told that you didn't need to remove this and you could apply as much as you like. That was kind of a vague answer, but I gave it a shot, anyway. So, in the end this is no better or more useful than mascara, plus it takes more time to apply and isn't waterproof. This product is a decent one, and it will enhance your natural lashes, however, I do not believe that the young lady in the second photo, is just wearing this set of products. She appears to have false lashes on or possibly lash extensions, in conjunction with this.I can’t see 50 coats of this product, creating THAT much lash drama. It looks impossible to me, but I will be fair. These products DO work well in conjunction with one another. I give it an overall rating of 3.25 stars, from myself. Why though, if it does work? Let me explain myself.1) you need to do several (depending on your lashes and the look you seek, potentially numerous coats) to get your desired effect, using these fibers. It’s not one and done, unfortunately. It lost a star there, for me. 2) the price is high to have to use so much, so often. There are lash building mascaras that are cheaper, that can produce similar, if not, exact results like these, for a lower cost.3) I have dry eyes that get irritated easily. I hate that I can’t get eyelash extensions due to this. This product did cause me some extra dryness, irritation and some redness. It wasn’t horrific, but it was still an annoyance/ bit of a disappointment. If your eyes are not sensitive, I could not tell you that you would or would not have any issues, but it is possible that even an ordinary person might have some irritation. Best to do a small test on one eye first, to make sure. For me, it’s a better than ‘ok’, lash building set, but it didn’t fully live up to my expectations, therefore earning itself a 3.25 star rating from this reviewer.Cost/quality - effectiveness/ results - irritation/ side effects- overall value for results=‘s 3.25 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️+I hope that my review has been helpful to you :).
