I wanted to try this mascara because I have not been able to find my favorites--Style Essentials Pro Artist volume & Style Essentials Pro Artist length. Unfortunately, the product is so dried up it is unusable. It has a nicely tapered full brush wand, but the product was so thick nothing transferred to the eyelashes (just a big blob of thick goop on the end of the brush). I expect this has been sitting around for years (not just months) for it to be dried up inside (no indication of pre-use or tampering). Sadly, no way to know when ordering how long it has been sitting on the shelf.I do like the flat form of the tube, and the mirror on the side is a nice addition.
